Nontoxic Beauty Secret from around the world.

How does your Beauty secrets compare with the rest of the world
The world we live in is image conscious, it has become an increasing demand to look as good as one feels and to maintain one’s look even in the presence of an illness. The perception of role models and public figures from all areas of lifestyle like in sports, entertainment, fashion, and beauty display a youthful alluring appearance so as a result many youths have become obsessed and very self conscious about the way they appeal to the rest of the world on a daily basis, which can be good or bad depending on how you look at it and to what extent you model these public figures—do you perceive the benefits of loving and caring for yourself  the way that suits you or do you over critic yourself for not having those attributes or meeting this beauty quota. Focusing only on outward appearance underscores the fact that beauty comes from within, and that the best approach to feeling great and looking better is one that looks into the internal foundation upon which the external beauty is based. This is one of the primary reasons why a holistic approach to wellness and age management is essential. The Holistic philosophy is one that helps to enhance the whole self by implementing proper nutrition, balancing hormones, appropriate skincare and of course regular exercise.
Attraction to beauty is global, no matter how beauty is defined. Everyone wants to feel attractive and beautiful. It’s not superficial or vain; it is reality and this reality has economic, psychological, and social effects that directly affect our progress whether we choose to recognize it or not.  Investment into living healthier is an investment in “feeling and looking good”. “If you live well, you feel well and you will look well”
The skin is the largest organ of our body and can be quite embracing when it’s not appealing to you.  It is the first thing people see when they look at us—“your skin’s appeal”. When our skin is healthy and vibrant, this is a good reflection of one’s total health and well-being.  The skin renews and repairs itself, as we age; the physio-chemical homeostasis of the skin becomes compromised, leaving it more susceptible to intrinsic and extrinsic stressors that ultimately degrade its impact on accelerated skin aging. External factors that contribute to skin aging are Environmental pollutants, toxic and harsh personal hygiene products.
Growing older is inevitable; however, we can try to slow the aging process and prolong our lives by taking measures to promote continuous cell rejuvenation and renewal. To help you feel good and look your best we have put together some Alternative beauty products and secrets tips from around the world that can help keep you safe from toxins.

Helpful Tips that can help you help your liver?

In our civilized lifestyle we are bugged down by stress, poor diet, smoke, environmental pollutants and excessive alcohol, over-medication, toxins or waste products in our blood stream that cause the liver to function sluggishly and when your blood is loaded with toxins due to a weak and inefficient liver, there is limited capacity for the blood to carry nutrients and oxygen supply for the brain and other parts of the body. As a result, tissue and organ cells are malnourished. If left untreated the cells will begin to age and eventually die.The brain needs oxygen to function properly but when the liver is not functioning properly, in essence filtering and circulating good blood, oxygen cannot be distributed to the brain—(the brain makes up only 2% of our body weight but it needs 20% of our oxygen supply).  You should know that the liver is the most emotion sensitive organ and its weakness is linked to emotional sensitivity or some kind of toxicity. Individuals who are emotionally sensitive are more prone to liver damage—weak liver. Poor liver contributes to faster skin aging. When the liver is not functioning properly, you feel constant fatigue, memory-loss, insomnia, and thyroid problems which then lead to weight gain or obesity. Malfunctioning of the liver and kidneys is the leading cause of Alzheimer disease, Brain tumor, insomnia, memory loss, night blindness—vision problems, stroke, dizziness-fatigue-poor energy level, deafness, headaches, tinnitus, fainting-convulsion, stiff muscle, weak tendons, age-related vision problems, etc.
According to the Chinese, the liver and kidneys are the organs that "age" us. That is why almost all longevity herbs used in Chinese medicine is liver and kidney tonics. An efficient liver and kidney is the key for health and vital energy, so we have put together some helpful tips that can help you help your liver.

Vitamin E in its natural form is known as d-alpha-tocopherol is more available for the body and it is a potent powerful antioxidant that prevents cell damage that can be caused by free radicals by inhibiting the oxidation of lipids (fats in the body). It protects other fat-soluble vitamins from destruction by oxygen. Vitamin E improves oxygen utilization, vitamin A utilization and boost immune system. Find more info on vitamin E.

Avoid saturated fats and fried foods, which put stress on the liver. For essential fatty acids, use primrose oil supplements plus small amounts of cold-pressed organic vegetable oils like olive oil, flax-seed oil (lingnan oil).

It also protects the liver from toxins, drugs, and the effects of alcohol, and promotes the growth of new liver cells. In addition, silymarin increases levels of gluthathione, superoxide dismutase, and catalase, potent antioxidant enzyme that protect the liver. It has been shown to reduce insulin resistance, which may help patients with diabetes in controlling their blood sugar levels.

Sources of vitamin E

Vitamin E in its natural form is known as d-alpha-tocopherol is more available for and in the human blood and tissues.  It is a potent powerful antioxidant that prevents cell damage that can be caused by free radicals by inhibiting the oxidation of lipids (fats in the body). It protects other fat-soluble vitamins from destruction by oxygen. Vitamin E improves oxygen utilization, vitamin A utilization and helps boost immune system. It helps protect low-density lipoproteins (LDL) from oxidization therefore preventing cardiovascular diseases linked to oxidized LDL. Vitamin E helps prevent blood platelet aggregation (clotting).

Vitamin E is found in plant-based food such as avocados, cold-pressed vegetable oil like (olive oil, flax-seed oil, soybean, sunflower and safflower), dark leafy vegetables like spinach, kale etc; legumes, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts), seeds, and whole grains, brown rice, cornmeal, dulse, organic eggs, sea kelp, plant-based milk, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, watercress, wheat, and wheat germ.
Vitamin E is also found in herbs like alfalfa, bladder-wrack, dandelion, dong quai, flax-seed, nettle, oat straw, raspberry leaf, and rose hips.

Vitamin E is essential for life and deficiency in vitamin E could damage red blood cells and destroy the nerves. True vitamin E deficiency is rare, but low intake (lower than required) is relatively common. Low levels of vitamin E in the body have been linked to bowel and breast cancer. Signs and symptoms of vitamin E deficiency may include infertility in both men and women, menstrual problems, neuro-muscular impairment, shortened red blood cell life span, spontaneous abortion (miscarriage), and uterine degeneration.  Most people with impaired balance and coordination or pigmented retinopathy (damage to the retina) may be deficient in Vitamin E. Individuals with severe malnutrition, genetic defects affecting a liver protein known as alpha-tocopherol transfer protein (alpha-TTP) are deficient in vitamin E. Those who have problems absorbing fat due to cystic fibrosis, cholestatic liver disease, or crohn's disease may be deficient in Vitamin E; making it very necessary that you eat foods high in vitamin E and that you get vitamin E supplement.
Buy Vitamin E Now
When buying vitamin E supplement, avoid synthetic vitamin E dl-alpha tocopherol because it is only 67 percent as active as the natural form. Read your supplement label closely, the natural form of vitamin E is listed as d-alpha-tocopherol, rrr-alpha-tocopherol, d-alpha-tocopherol acetate or d-alpha-tocopherol succinate. The synthetic form is listed as dl-alpha-tocopherol or all-rac alpha-tocopherol (watch out for the l after the d). The synthetic form costs only about half as much as the natural form, but it is significantly less active or potent. Some vitamin manufacturers have been known to mix 10 percent natural and 90 percent synthetic vitamin E, and then label the product natural. It is your responsibility to check the label and make sure it says 100 percent potency or 100 percent natural vitamin E. If you take both E and iron supplements, take them at different times of the day because inorganic forms of iron such as ferrous sulfate can destroy vitamin E while organic iron (ferrous gluconate or ferrous fumurate) leaves vitamin E intact.

Vitamin E is essential for health--(reduce your risk for breast cancers and cardiovascular disease common amongst women) and beauty, It helps keep skin, hair and nail healthy.
