Warm immune boosting herbal tea

You know it’s a chilly cool season, the leaves have turned from green to reddish brown and as usual like most people, you are probably looking for ways to stay warm and stimulated throughout the season. It's a great time for a cleansing detoxification to refresh the body and mind of a whole year stress. And Herbs can help us do just that because herbs have a great way of helping maintain the immune as well as help us stay grounded throughout the day. I think having herbal tea is certainly a nice way to release and unwind at the end of the year.
Warm tea is great for unwinding in any season. You can begin your tea recipe by adding whole
Echinacea herb/tea to a kettle of boiling water because echinacea herb is useful in supporting natural immunity against bacteria and inflammation in both pets and human. Echinacea accelerates how macrophages, Killer T cells and other antibodies attack and remove bacteria. Echinacea stimulates lymph system, and helps the body rid waste from tissues. It can help relieve pain and swelling caused by insect bites and stings. Echinacea serves as an antimicrobial by inhibiting reproduction of invading bacteria at the point of invasion. Now we know a little about echinacea, let’s add a few spoons of crushed ginger because ginger is a spice that can be enjoyed throughout the seasons as a digestive aid, bringing warmth and circulation to the body. It is an anti-inflammatory root herb that is especially good for colds, flu, nausea, gas, intestinal cramps, throat and nasal congestion.
Add raw lime or lemon juice to the cup of boiled tea because lemon is an excellent source of vitamin C and antioxidants called bioflavonoid. It may provide some benefits against scurvy, some diseases and certain kinds of cancer such as breast cancer.
In addition to the above recipe, if you want you can add one tea bag of chai spice tea or green tea to the cup of warm water, let it steep for a few minutes.
Add agave nectar or buckwheat honey (any kind of raw natural honey) to sweeten your tea.
Now use a natural cinnamon stick or a tea spoon to stir tea. You have made yourself a healthy tea to help you unwind. Imagine taking a break to an evening with yourself, a light meal and enjoy your own cup of tea?
Other things you can do each day to keep your immune balanced and your whole self-grounded this season. Stay hydrated. Avoid late meals and sleep early at night.
Before bed time, use your favorite scent of essential oil in a diffuse or aromatherapy oil burner.  I do recommend some peppermint essential oil, or lavender.
Light your favorite incense while doing daily meditation or do deep breathing alpha visualization to ground yourself.
Include inspiration and people that make you feel happier and vibrant.
Take a sensible approach, develop a you time to recenter and engage with healthier, more positive people, things or goals. This new year treat yourself kindly to a warm cup of immune boosting and purifying tea.

Did you know: Tea is a good choice for building better bones than coffee because tea does not deplete calcium level while coffee does; and it may led to osteoporosis. Drinking tea can help reduce bone fracture risk because most tea contains estrogen-building isoflavonoid chemicals.
