Recipe for Stretch Marks

Stretch marks are wavy stripes that appear on the abdomen, buttocks, breasts, and thighs caused by rapid weight gain, pregnancy, overstretching of skin tissues and fibers in the deep layers of the body. They start out reddish in color and eventually turns white. stretch marks are most women's nightmare although not me because it's cute in a funny kind of way. They are natural, part of life and when it occurs, it is usually permanent although with time they do become less noticeable. If you have one like myself and many other women, here is a little spell recipe to help relieve your stretch mark worries.

Try sugar, coffee, lemon scrub Recipe:
You need one glass or ceramic container. 2 cups of Smooth Sugar,  1 round lemon, I cup of hardback Coffee (Not DE-caffeinated).
Cut up lemon into half and squeeze it into the bottle, then add 1 cup of Coffee, finally Add the Sugar and mix it all together. Use a table spoon to take how much you need to use on the area of your body with stretch marks to avoid re-introducing bacteria into the left over scrub if you want to save it for later use. Another thing you could do is make it and use it right away.

Loofah is also good for improving the skin surface by increasing circulation.

Get Cocoa butter for stretch marks
You can use Rose Hip oil, cocoa butter and Raw Aloe Vera Gel on the affected area.

Also, you can try using this recipe to prevent Stretch Marks:
1/2 cup of virgin Olive oil
1/4 cup Aloe Vera Gel
Liquid from capsules Vitamin E
Liquid from 4 capsules Vitamin A

Mix this all together, pour it into a glass jar and store in refrigerator if you intend to keep it to use for a week.
Once a day, apply this recipe on the stretch mark, if you do this diligently everyday, you may be able to reduce existing stretch marks and possibly prevent more stretch marks.

You can also use sweet almond oil with mandarin essential oil mix as massage oil, you can use this on your breasts, abdomen, and thighs everyday. Cocoa Butter is also great for stretch marks.

Finally nothing works better on stretch marks than exercise.
