Understand organic labeling?

Organic foods labeled with a organic seal means it has been certified in accordance with federal standards for organic products. In some countries is not mandatory to have this seal but in some other places like Quebec Canada is very mandatory. Most people think everything that is organic is truly 100% Organic- wrong because organic means different things depending on how it's used.
Now what does USDA Label mean? USDA Label means the following
When you see "100% organic"- this means that all ingredients are organic, so this usually comes with USDA seal.
When you see a label that says "Organic"- this means that at least 95% of the ingredients are organic. Therefore may carry USDA seal.
When you see a label that says "made with organic ingredients"- this means that the product contains at least 70% organic ingredient, they can list up to three of the organic ingredients on the label for e.g. a can of tomatoes might say it's made with organic tomatoes, spinach and oils. However, it can not carry the USDA seal.
When you see a label that says "organic ingredients"- this means that the total is less than 70 percent, so therefore they can not call it organic, it can not carry the USDA seal or say it is organic on the front panel of the container; however it can list organic ingredients on the side panel. For e.g. if a cereal has organic blueberries, for example, it can list that.
