Yogi tea to ease indigestion

Have you ever eaten something you like but you just ate too many at once because you love it. Suddenly, you went to bed right away because you forgot the saying "don't eat heavy before bed time, you snored yourself to sleep but the minute you woke up, you probably started feeling something uncomfortable in-between your stomach and your chest, right under your diaphragm. oops, its indigestion. It's the season when most people tend to over eat acidic food like donuts, sweet deserts like frosted cup cakes, white rice, cheeses, meats, white flour, lasgna, hard food that wasn't cooked soft, devil's food cake etc, and as a result you may gain weight or experience
indigestion. If you want a tasty way to ease your tummy? Then say hello to eating alkaline food and sipping Yogi Tea Lemon Ginger tea. It not only aids digestion, but also provides a refreshing pick-me-up, thanks to ginger and its wonderful stimulating properties. By adding lemon, Yogi Tea increases the digestive benefits and complements ginger's spicy warmth. A sophisticated touch of licorice and peppermint lends additional flavor to this tea.

I like Yogi teas because it is made ethically. It is a cerified organic tea........

  • KOSHER
  • recyclable
  • non-irradiated
  • oxygen-bleached tea bags
  • recyclable packaging.
  • CAFFEINE FREE
  • Contains proprietary blend of Organic ginger root, organic lemongrass, organic lemon peel, organic licorice root, organic peppermint leaf, organic black pepper.

Bring water to boiling and steep 5 to 10 minutes. For a stronger tea, use 2 tea bags. If you love doing yoga exercise, i think yogi tea with a little cinnamon honey is a treat to help you relax after each work out session or before bed time. I use organic yogi teas to relax and it works wonders to relax the mind.

Serve along with smores pecan cracker
Get a cracker, melt one smore and one dark ghirardelli chocolate on a cracker, add one pecan nut, and cover the top with another cracker........like a sandiwich. Bite and sip on yogi tea. (This is a treat, not daily food)

Caution: If you are pregnant or nursing, please consult with a naturopathic health care provider before you sip the tea. If you are allergic to nuts, skip the nuts
