Are you first Aid ready ? If someone you care about gets injured or stops breathing, would you know what to do ? if your answer is yes, you on the right track but if yours is "NO", a few remedies are here to help you and i like to tell you a little about remedies. Remedies are nature's kit to help us heal our wounds and aches. Natural remedies come in different forms like creams, essential oils, capsules. These remedies can be kept in a box in a cool place out of reach from pets and kids in-case of an emergency.

Know how to get help; who to call in an emergency. Always have a phone charged and handy in-case you have to call 911 or a family member to help transport the person in need to critical care unit. If you have a pet---keep your veterinary doctors contact number handy. Make sure your gas tank is not completely empty at the end of the day because sometimes you may need to go to the emergency room for something---"It's common sense but you know life happens" and you may need a car with fuel to take you there.
Before administering first aid of any kind, make sure the area is safe; if you just arrived on scene of the event, check to make sure the area is clear so you don't fall victim in a crime operating scene. Then if the area is safe, ask if they are okay and if the victim in need of immediate help isn't responding, check for pulse at their wrist, call for help from 911, then begin CPR till the person awaken or till 911 arrives. If you don't know CPR/AED, find a training center, get trained and certified.
Support your cities emergency preparedness team--they save many lives.
Finally, i believe it will do you some great good like it does for me to keep a variety of fresh and dried herbs or herbal teas, emergency kit and these tips handy. There is no need for heavy chemicals, parabens and pthalates.
