Get rid of Bad Breath

What causes Bad Breath?
Bad breath is medically called Halitosis, it can result from poor mouth—dental hygiene, smoking or chewing tobacco, can be caused by underlying yeast infection, tooth decay, plague build up, colon, liver, kidney or sinus, diabetes, bronchitis, chronic acid reflux problems, food with strong odor such as garlic, onions, ginger can cause bad breath though they help prevent bacteria growth.
If you don't brush and floss your teeth daily, food particles can remain in your mouth, which promotes odor-causing bacterial growth between teeth, around the gums, and on the tongue. This causes bad breath.
Persistent bad breath or a bad taste in your mouth may be warning signs of gum (periodontal) disease. Gum disease is caused by the buildup of plaque on teeth. This can cause damage to your gum and jaw bone if it is left untreated. When your mouth is dry, your mouth smells bad so I recommend drinking more filtered water to help moisten the mouth and promote saliva. Saliva is necessary to moisten and cleanse the mouth by neutralizing acids produced by plaque, it washes away dead cells that accumulate on the tongue, gums, and cheeks, so to keep the mouth fresh you can brush or have a minty gum.

Natural home recipe for Stinky Mouth:
Sea salt soaked in a glass of water, 2 spoons of sea salt to half cup of water, make sure the water is salty, add aloe Vera Juice or lemon juice. Use this to rinse your mouth, do not over do this because lemon juice can be damaging to tooth enamel.

Also you use pepper mint oil or cinnamon oil to gaggle and rinse your mouth instead of the one above.

Sea salt has antibacterial properties and I find that it helps whiten the teeth as well; so let’s say you just had curry or turmeric meal which has your teeth discolored, you can brush away using sea salt water and lemons.

Mint oil has antiseptic properties useful for dental care. It is useful for treating toothaches, and it is effective in getting rid of mouth germs and bad breath.

Cinnamon oil has antiseptic, anti-microbial, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, astringent properties. Gets rid of bad breath and freshens the mouth.

Fennel seed tea is also good for freshening the breath.
