- Drink lots of fluid e.g Water
- Eat healthy food high in fibers, proteins, vitamin and mineral.
- Include fruits like orange, apples, grapes, pineapple; drink soy milk, coconut milk/juice.
- Add vinegar and garlic to your food.
- Drink a glass of good red wine.
- Detox your body of toxins
- Get a goodnight sleep:- Not sleeping can age you overnight more than a poor night's sleep. When you don't sleep well your eyes are puffy, your skin sallow and dull and your face sags.
- Avoid wrong lip color, it can add age to your face.for example Brown, black, beige.
- Wear bright nail polish free of formaldehyde brighter is more fierce(avoid Parabens or toxic ingredient in makeup).
- Brighten your teeth
- Avoid plucking eyebrows too much, avoid making it too dark
- Wear clothes that enhance& define your body, sexy but not slutty nor sloppy; your choice of clothes, hair & makeup can add or reduce your age.

- Keep your hair between your chin and your shoulders. Side-swept bangs and hair no longer than your shoulders will take off years.
- Do your Exercise- tone your legs, tush, stomach (belly fat or baby bearing fat), do sit ups, dance, jog (lots of cardiovascular workout)
- Gently exfoliate your skin; avoid scrubbing too hard or tearing your skin from scrubbing (don't rub your eye or face hard)
- use rejuvenating fruit facial mask
- use a healthy toxic free eye contouring cream that contains Aloe Vera
- Add aloe Vera to your cosmetics and hygiene products.
- Take C0-enzyme and cell generating and repair supplements.
- Again do your facial, abdominal, butt exercise-total workout regimen
- Get your feet clean- pedicure and pamper your hands & nails
- Have fun with a pet or a friend
- Avoid frowning so much, it can age you, instead laugh and smile, watch a comedy, observe funny things in your environment, amuse yourself.
- As much as possible remove yourself from stress- been alive is stressful, surviving is stressful, stress is part of life, find a positive way to deal with your stress. Reduce dramatic situations (people and things that cause you chaos) from your life as much as possible.
