DE DUST for Pets

natural De-wormer for your pet.Used to kill fleas, ticks, mites on your Pets and Livestock
There are hundreds of report on how Diatomaceous earth takes care of fleas, ticks, mites, etc on the outside and worms and parasite on the inside. This is exciting news because DE dust is non-drug and non- chemical. People are doing and reporting that Dusting DE on the coats of dogs and cats works well for flea, tick, and lice control.

Adding DE to food each day for worm and parasite control- keep in mind to get rid of fleas on coat before a deworm because they get worms from eating fleas. If you add too much to water or food, the cat will usually reject it, so you only need 1/2 teaspoon for each day, usually in about a 2-3days the worms will be gone. you will notice the worms in the stool and in a few days no worm will be noticed in the stool- this means it worked(now you can give the cat/kitten a break till you notice worms and fleas). This is only for healthy pet, DE dust curbs appetite so if you have a sick cat it may interfere with feeding.

Adding DE to food for joint, skin, and hair coat health.

Adding DE to ration to kill fly larva in manure.

Using on birds/poultry for lice and mite control.

Applying to moist kernel areas for pest and odor control.

Caution for pregnant cats: it may affect the unborn kittens-(due to the high silica content). After kittens are weaned off completely from mum cat, if adding it to kitten water, only one tablespoon to one bowl of clean water is advisable. If you notice any negative effect on kitten, stop the de-worming, give kitten a break. Also don't put this on the coat of new born kitten, it may make it hard for kitten to breathe and their nervous system is not strong enough, it's advisable to wait till the kittens are weaned off mum cat, although you can put it around the bedding. DE dust is generally safe, just exercise caution if in doubt.  Do not touch the new born kitten, when new born kitten are touched or sick, the mum cat smell sensitivity is heightened and will usually abandon some of their kitten if touched- some mum cat dislike it when their newborn kittens are touched.

Note: DE dust may be fatal to kitten when inhaled, caution.
