Is an eggs just nutritious chicken periods or a cruelty meal.

 Allow me the pleasure to say, Ignorance is not bliss. I just found out that actually eating egg industry's eggs may be just as cruel as eating meat in terms of animal cruelty. Little did i know that i was excusing myself by saying oh eggs is just chicken period, it is not real meat, truly, egg is not real meat however, the hens who lay these eggs are treated inhumanely by the cruel egg industry;

Did you know that, "Hens, female chickens, have a cycle that can be daily during certain times of the year. Like humans, hens have ovaries, though only the left ovary develops fully. This ovary sends a yolk on its path. The yolk forms what we know as an “egg white” as it moves through the reproductive tract into the shell gland. The shell takes about 21 hours to form and “Cluck!”—out pops an egg! Because this egg is unfertilized, it won’t grow into a cute baby chick"------- Peta2.org

OMG, i quit cruel egg industry with all my heart ! This is so cruel--inhumane.

10 reasons why eating eggs is considered cruel and unhealthy:

All of the hens who lay eggs to be sold in stores have their claws and beaks cruelly sliced off and are never given the chance to spread their wings except if locally grown by a conscious--ethical farmers. Hens undergo these conditions their entire lives. These practices leave hens mutilated, stressed, and more prone to been infected with salmonella … which they pass on in their eggs to humans.-----cruelty reasons
"They are loaded with artery-clogging cholesterol and saturated fat (70 percent of the calories in one egg is from pure fat!). Eggs are wonderful for nourishing a baby chick for a few days, but all of that fat can lead to heart problems in humans".---Peta2.org
Confusing Egg Labels
According to the author of foods that harm and food that heals, labels such as farm-laid or country-fresh can conjure up misleading images; the hens that laid the eggs may well have been confined to cages. Although the term "free range" may suggest that the chickens are pecking freely in a farmyard, it can be legally applied to the eggs of caged hens if they have daytime access to open runs".
Are brown eggs more nutritious than white eggs?
It is a myth that brown eggs are more nutritious than white ones, even though many supermarkets charge a higher price for brown eggs. Both are equally nourishing, the only difference is that, it comes from two different breeds of hen.
How healthy is egg?
An egg is a nature's best gift to hen and a hen gift to humans because it provides a chick when hatched or food for human if not fertilized.
Despite concerns about their high cholesterol content and possible
contamination with salmonella, eggs remain a popular and inexpensive source of nourishment for most people who enjoy it. Eggs are nutrient rich food containing good amounts of essential amino acids.
In one 70 calorie egg, you get protein, B vitamin like B12, Vitamin A and D, Zinc, iron. Because B12 is important for proper nerve function and energy metabolism in our body; it is highly recommend you have B12 vitamin but the down side is----B12 vitamin is only gotten from animal products; so that is why people who are vegetarian----who prefer not to consume meat rely mainly on eggs and plant protein as a healthy source for B12 vitamin and protein.
Eggs is an antioxidant food because it contains lutein and zeaxanthin which helps minimize or reduce the risk of age-related muscular degeneration or blindness in elderly.
Eggs contain Lecithin, a natural emulsifier found in eggs, rich in choline which aids fat metabolism and helps circulate cholesterol in the blood stream. Choline metabolizes fat in the liver cells. It may also help in improving brain development and repairing neurological damage.
For those who may be sensitive to cholesterol rich foods, it is recommended that you limit your egg consumption to 3 to 4 per week.
Egg is nourishing because it is a "complete protein food",-----(which means, eggs contain 20 different amino acids, and out of these 20 different amino acids, 9 of them cannot be made by our human body so therefore we must get these 9 amino acids nutrients from our food source).

Can eggs trigger allergic reactions for some people.
Certainly yes !
Individuals who are allergic to egg sources; should avoid food like mayonnaise, cookies, cakes, pancakes, waffles, ice cream, most bakery items. Should also avoid egg derived ingredients such as albumin, globulin, ovomucin, and vitelin.
people who are allergic to eggs should consider avoiding flu shots and other vaccines incubated in eggs.
Some alternatives you can use to replace "the egg cruelty".
I know it can feel a bit inconvenient or a bit tasking at times, when we have to replace what we formed a liking taste for ----- we're used to it. But if you're trying to break free from having cruelty meals.....here is an alternative.

You can Buy HEB eggs (free of antibotics, free of hormones, cage free), farmhouse eggs (www.oukosher.org); happy egg, Animal cruelty free egg and local farmers egg; who only raise their chicken without cruelty (cruelty free and humanely). it's time to look for local farmers. Make a personal pledge to yourself to change the habit--get rid of cruelty from your kitchen because you care about your well being and the condition of the animal raised to feed you and the rest of the world. It's tempting to avoid making this change especially when you see everyone around you been "what i call---too normal".  Do what's healthy for you.
Grocery stores sell egg-free substitutes for eggs used in baking recipes. Sometimes you can even just replace an egg in a recipe with half a mashed banana or a few spoonfuls of applesauce.

You can use scramble tofu

I truly believe that we can find new ways to be healthy and cruelty-free. If you know cruelty free local farmers or other egg alternatives, please feel free to inform others by commenting in the form below this video.
