10 Eco-friendly things you would want this Season--- it's freezing cold

Jacket or sweater---remember to say no to animal cruelty by purchasing animal friendly products that aren't made of animal fur and skin.

A good cotton scarf to keep the neck area warm.  Because 90% of your body's heat leave through the head area and feels cold the fastest when out door; then your feet and hands is next. Also, wearing a scarf help when you have a cold or cough because you can equally use it to cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze like a handerchief ---this way your hands isn't smeared but i do not recommend blowing your nose with the scarf. Express yourself this season using cute classic accessories----find those things that makes you unique and happy within; Be it-----wear it.

Warm cotton Socking and comfortable closed toe Eco-friendly shoe to keep your feet warm.
Thermal wear---(shirt or/and leggings)

Thermal gloves

Warm blanket and a warm home.......gees, ofcourse

Warm ginger lemon honey tea mixed in warm water, or you can try warm vegetable soup, warm cocoa drink. (Recipes coming soon)

Ricola herb cough drops.

Nontoxic personal hygiene products---- It is true that the colder it gets the more dry your feet, lips and hands become so i do recommend Natural moisturizer and lip balm like jergens 96% Natural skin renewal product or better yet try hemp moisturizer by pure hemp delight Australia. Avoid toxic hygiene/cosmetic ingredient found in every day products.

Healthy immune boasting food (including mostly alkaline food and alkaline water/drinks).

Finally, use colors to enhance your look and smile....is a free healing remedy. Anger can weaken your immune and may promote cancer but Similing helps stimulate serotonin in the brain. Smiling may help you live longer and help you break old toxic habit gradually as you develop an attitude of gratitude along with it.
You can find all these at Amazon or Ebay or at your local store except smile.

Be thankful and smile---times and circumstance will change.......wishing you a Happy New Year!
