Nontoxic Master Cleanse helps improve the skin-- Detox

The Master Cleanse/Lemonade Diet was formulated by Stanley Burroughs; it is especially useful for detoxifying the body of disease causing toxins. It is very beneficial for people suffering chronic ailments and diseases like allergies, rheumatism, acne, constipation--(when you're constipated you get fatigue-bloating skin inflammation--Acne) and joint pains, digestive system and the GI tract problems, and for those dealing with unmanageable weight gain. This is because the Master Cleanse helps get rid of undigested weight, harmful toxins and chemicals that accumulate over long time consumption of unhealthy diet, junk food, indigestion and indiscriminate pill popping---unhealthy Living & toxic stress.

How to begin Master Cleanse/Lemonade diet:
Start by mixing each of the following lemonade diet ingredients into a large glass:
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Pure Rich Maple Syrup (Original) (The darker the better)
  • 1/10 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Powder – or to taste (as much as you can stand)
  • 8 ounces (250 milliliters of Pure Water)
You can use  Pure black-strap molasses and pure raw honey (improvise if you don't have pure maple syrup) 


 Drinking 8 to 10 glasses of a pure lemonade drink made with water, lemon juice, cayenne pepper and maple syrup every night for 10 days.


For these 10 days, drink a glass of pure organic aloe juice every morning-or (Raw Aloe Vera gel from aloe plant 2spoonful of aloe gel added to purified water)--if it is too bitter you can dilute it with pure orange/apple juice or you can buy organic aloe Vera juice--they are usually less bitter however i prefer using raw aloe Vera gel for detox.
During this cleansing do a half fast, eating only salad dressed with olive oil and little vinegar or lemon, drinking only water, raw vegetable and fruit juices, eat oatmeal and soy milk because it will keep your energy stable while adding more cleansing fiber and probiotics to your digestive system---do not eat heavy meals during cleansing. I recommend half-fasting because when your body is free of heavy digestion process, your body can eliminate toxins better but to give your body a quicker push to get rid of the toxins it wise you include light food & nourishing detox juices to help maintain your energy levels during fast cleansing. Do this for 10 days or 2week --keep a journal of what you did and how you feel each day while detoxing till the end.


Also make sure you are eating balanced meal containing wholegrain fibers, protein, fruits and vegetable after each cleansing period. Eliminate bad-refined carbohydrate as well as toxic food items/ingredients and products from your personal hygiene--start living a nontoxic Lifestyle.
