Include a Cardio warm up such as running before you begin this exercise.

Get regular exercise.
Exercise is most important in slowing down aging because it increases the amount of oxygen available to body tissues. It is a key determinant of energy and stamina. Brisk walking and stretching exercises are good. Swimming is even better because it has low impact and exerts no pressure on the joints. For those with arthritic conditons swimming is ideal way to exercise. Exercise can ward off conditions such as arthritis, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and osteoporosis, and because it releases endorphins into the body, exercise can also help you overcome depression. Our brains need exercise as much as our bodies do. Bodily exercise increases supply of oxygen to the brain. Studies have found that no matter how old you are--whether you are in your sixties, sevnties, eighties, or even in your nineties--you can rebuild muscle. If you don't currently exercise, start walking for thirty minutes a day. The goal is to eventually do one hour of modeate exercise a couple of times a week....i suggest 3 or 4 times per week.
You can also increase your blood oxygenation and circulation with deep breathing exercises. Try holding your breath for thirty seconds every half hour. Inhale and hold in for thirty seconds, then place your tongue on the roof of your mouth where your teeth meet your gums and release the air slowly. Repeat this exercise every day.
Try eating as close to nature/raw home cooked meals as much as possible.
